OSM Thome
Lifestyle Health Check
The health check provides insight into your personal health and lifestyle habits, enabling you to make informed decisions before minor issues develop further. All employees at OSM Thome are invited to participate in a voluntary health check provided by Falck Occupational Health Services.
Laboratory Measurements
We will measure blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood glucose levels, followed by a brief health consultation to assess your overall health status.
Body Composition Analysis and Alpha Fit
You will undergo a body composition analysis and waist measurement, in addition to functional strength tests (Alpha Fit) assessing balance, mobility, and muscular strength.
Consultation and Guidance
Your results will be reviewed individually, and you will receive specific recommendations regarding exercise, health, and preventive measures if needed.
Questionnaire Before Attendance
To complete the health check, all participants must fill out a digital questionnaire prior to their appointment.
Practical Information
The health check is conducted as a station-based process and takes approximately 60 minutes in total.

Station 1 (30 minutes): Laboratory tests – blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose
Seaview 408
Station 2 (30 minutes): Body composition analysis and physical tests
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
Avoid intense exercise on the same day.
